Hey, I'm Gage!

I’m a performance and health coach based on Oʻahu, Hawaiʻi. I work with people who train hard, care about their health, and want results that actually last.

My coaching focuses on simplifying training, managing stress, and helping the body adapt. I combine intelligent strength and conditioning, sustainable nutrition strategies, and lifestyle habits that support recovery so progress doesn’t stall.

In addition to working with performance-focused clients, I coach hundreds of individuals through structured health programs centered on nutrition, sleep, movement, and stress management for long-term weight loss and health.

When I’m not coaching, you’ll usually find me in the ocean surfing or training outdoors. I’m constantly refining my coaching systems and staying up to date with the latest research so I can deliver results without burnout.
